These terms cover your use of the agentdynamo.com website. Using the site means you accept them. The Dynamo product is covered by a separate agreement, provided when you sign up.
What you can do
Read the site, download the research we publish, and contact us. You can quote from our research with attribution. You can't copy the site's design or content to build a competing site, and you can't use the site to send spam or to probe our systems.
Research and content
Our research reflects the models, data, and methods described in each paper at the time it was written. It's information, not advice. Check it against your own case before you rely on it.
Other companies' trademarks
The logos and names of the systems Dynamo connects to belong to their owners. We show them to say that Dynamo works with those systems, not to suggest that those companies endorse Dynamo.
No warranty
The site is provided as is. We try to keep it accurate and available, but we don't promise that it always will be.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for losses that come from using this site or relying on its content.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
Changes
