Who we are

Agent Dynamo ("we") runs this website, agentdynamo.com. This policy covers the website only. The Dynamo product has its own agreement, provided when you sign up.

What we collect

When you fill in the contact form, we collect your name, work email, company, and what you wrote. When you request a research paper, we collect your work email. We use these to reply to you, to send you the paper, and to tell you when a new paper is out.

If you hide the announcement bar, your browser stores that choice locally. It never leaves your device.

We may use analytics that count visits without identifying you. If we add analytics that set cookies, we'll say so here first.

How we use it

To answer your message, to send the paper you asked for, and to send you future research if you asked for it. We don't sell your details and we don't use them for advertising.

Who else sees it

The service that delivers form submissions to our inbox, and the company that hosts this site. Both process the data only to provide those services.

How long we keep it

Contact messages for as long as the conversation is live, then up to two years. Paper requests until you ask us to stop sending research.

Your rights

You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to contact@agentdynamo.com and we'll do it.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it.
